Upscale Recycle Project

Please call the Latzer Library to make a reservation for our last very special Upscale Recycling program for this season, 618-654-5066, extension 3.  We will be using bottle caps for this event.  Let your creative minds use items you can find in your homes to transform them into fabulous, new things!
