The Mediterranean Diet for Beginners and Others Interested in Good Health 

Have you seriously been wanting to eat in a healthier way?  Have you tried many diets for an extended period of time but were unsuccessful? Have you been wanting to lose weight but haven’t found a way that suits your lifestyle?  Have you paid lots of money for different diets in the past?  This summer Latzer Library is inviting you to participate in our Mediterranean Diet for Beginners.  This group will meet on Mondays from 11:00 a.m. until 12 noon each week, beginning June 3, 2024 and ending July 29.  There is no cost for these sessions.  It will be led by Donna Plocher who will be learning as a coparticipant.  We will not be weighing people at the library; however, a scale will be available for anyone who wishes to use it.  We will focus on strategies to utilize this diet.  Local guest speakers will be onsite to enhance this experience.  Please consider joining us for these sessions.
