Illinois Family Reading Night

Latzer Library is partnering once again this year with Highland Community Schools to celebrate Illinois Family Reading Night at Louis Latzer Memorial Public Library.

All children in grades Pre-K through Grade 5 are welcome to attend our special event with our guest performer Mike Anderson, The Dulcimer Guy. He is an acclaimed world storyteller and musician who can play many unique instruments.  He is also known for several of the sounds you hear in the movie, Toy Story.  This 45-minute program begins at 6:00 p.m.   Please plan to join this wonderful event and celebrate the joy of reading with us!!!!
